Solicitors’ fees are often shrouded in mystery. There’s no reason why they should be. We therefore offer fixed price work and annual retainers as well as a unique insurance-backed product called Præsidium.
Præsidium gives you access to advice directly from our qualified solicitors, not a call centre, for a monthly fee. If a tribunal claim results and you have followed our advice then you are insured for any award and the legal costs of defending the claim. You also have the benefit of certainty regarding fees and peace of mind about damages.
