1. How will Crunch Solutions help my business?
By taking a proactive approach with Crunch Solutions, you can ensure that your business is in the best possible legal position for an economic downturn.
By giving us up to two hours of your time, we can then provide you with a detailed report setting out where your legal strengths and weaknesses lie.
If you choose to take up our suggested fixed fee solutions (on a no obligation basis), this will remedy any legal difficulties that the report may identify, thus giving you peace of mind and confidence in your decisions.
You can move forward knowing that the legal side of your business has been independently checked, and may improve your position against your competitors.
2. How much will it cost?
Unless you take up our fixed fee solutions, the only cost to you will be the time it takes to complete our questionnaire, and work through the detailed report.
3. How long will the first meeting take?
We have found that working through the questionnaire with businesses can take up to two hours.
That said, some businesses prefer not to meet with us at the early stages, and have completed the questionnaire independently and returned it to us. We are flexible to your requirements, and there is no need to meet with us if you do not require it.
Other businesses have welcomed the fact that we can meet in their offices, and so we can see their processes first hand.
4. Can you work with my accountants or banker?
Absolutely. Working with those professionals will enable our solution to be specifically tailored to the needs of your business. We welcome the opportunity to liaise with your accountant or banker.
5. My report indicates no problem areas. What do I do now?
If we cannot recommend a course of action which might improve your legal position, then we will say so.
6. Who am I going to meet with?
Given the sensitive and detailed nature of the business questions, a senior solicitor (or above) will meet with you and process your responses to produce the Crunch Solutions report.
