We recognise the vital importance of a charity’s reputation and therefore handle any disputes, or potential disputes, sensitively. We always look for ways of settling a dispute without having to start proceedings in court.
Our team includes two trained mediators and three members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
