Yvette Rooke

Yvette Rooke is a partner in the Family & Childcare team.

Yvette specialises in divorce and cohabitation for high net worth individuals (particularly those clients who have complex business or pension arrangements) and heads up the Family Finance Team for that sector.

She is an accredited specialist in big money and cohabitation cases with Resolution, the national family law body and also sits on Foot Anstey’s Families in Business and Living Together teams.

Yvette obtained her degrees from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge and Newcastle. She joined Foot Anstey from Bond Pearce in 2001, was Team Leader of the 30-strong family team for 3 years and was made a partner in May 2005.

Yvette is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. Collaborative Law is an alternative process to litigation and involves the couple, with their lawyers, engaging in a series of roundtable meetings to reach an amicable financial settlement. Yvette has undertaken numerous Collaborative Law cases since completing her training and can discuss with you if this method of resolution would suit your needs.
