Keith joined Foot Anstey in 1999 having worked in Exeter since the early 1990’s, and was made partner in 2002.
Keith specialises in all aspects of commercial property, and acts for a large number of local and regional developers. He has considerable experience in residential site assembly and manages a team who deal with plot disposals.
Keith is head of the firm’s licensing and leisure team which provides property, commercial, employment and licensing advice to leisure business operators.
Keith also acts for local commercial and residential property investors and advises on landlord and tenant matters.
In his spare time Keith is keen on cricket, golf and football and is also a council member of the Exeter Chamber of Commerce.
Keith Biggs excels at site assembly and plot disposals, and has been instrumental in expanding the team’s work for major house builders. He also possesses abundant expertise of the leisure sector, in particular issues relating to hotels, pubs and self-catering complexes. Chambers 2009
