Bethany studied at the University of Hull attaining a Joint Honours Degree in English and drama. She went on to study for her Post-Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of the West of England before completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Exeter with distinction in 2003.
Bethany joined Foot Anstey as a trainee solicitor that same year, qualifying into the insurance litigation team in 2005. Bethany deals with insurance and personal injury work.
