Esther’s specialist area is Employment Law and she provides an all-round service to a client base consisting of businesses from the newspaper and manufacturing industries, education, arts, media, and leisure sectors in the south west and across the UK. She advises on, amongst other things, Employment Tribunal litigation, HR policies and procedures, disciplinaries and dismissals, grievance issues, employment contracts, redundancy situations and compromise agreements.
Esther studied at Keele University where she gained a 2.1 in Classics and Philosophy and completed her Diploma in Law at Exeter University and LPC in Bristol. Esther trained at Foot Anstey and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly writes articles on all aspects of Employment Law.
