Robin and his team provide a business dispute resolution service to a wide range of market sectors. He has been a partner of Foot Anstey since 1995 and is an Oxford graduate.
Robin is client partner for a number of the firm’s major clients, including banks, local authorities, schools and colleges.
Robin has a particular specialism in acting for banks (whether as claimant or defendant), advising upon banker/customer contractual disputes, claims arising from fraud, recoveries and enforcement, and professional negligence claims. He also advises on non-contentious security matters for the firm’s national banking clients.
Recent cases handled by Robin include defending high value breach of mandate and libel claims against banks, amid allegations of forgery, overcharging of interest and consequent wrongful dishonours.
