Angela is a solicitor in the commercial property team, based in Exeter.
Angela’s specialist area is Commercial Property. She acts for a variety of clients including developers in their freehold site acquisitions, and for property investment companies in the sale and purchase of commercial properties, such as industrial units and office premises. Angela has a particular interest in Landlord & Tenant matters, advising, negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial landlord and tenant agreements.
Having started her career in the City of London where she gained broad commercial experience, Angela then specialised in property at a large south east firm prior to a move to the West Country when she joined Foot Anstey in 2003.
Angela is a member of Women in Property and a committee member of the Devon & Exeter Law Society. She also regularly presents a range of training courses to local surveyors’ groups.
