Sacha has over 7 years experience as a specialist insolvency and corporate recovery solicitor. As a result, Sacha has an extensive working knowledge of the Insolvency legislation ranging from IVAs to corporate administrations.
Sacha specialises in and advises on the full range of insolvency procedures. He deals with all types of antecedent transactions from multimillion pound fraudulent trading claims to relatively small undervalue transaction claims and asset recovery. He is also experienced in and advises on corporate recovery and turnaround situations. Sacha has been involved in several leading reported cases and was the lead solicitor on the House of Lords case of Secretary of State v Fridd. He has also advised on business and asset sales including several well known local and national businesses.
Sacha trained at Beachcroft Wansbroughs before moving to Clarke Willmott in 2002, joining Foot Anstey in 2007.
