Anna is a charity law specialist. She has extensive experience of advising charities and other not-for-profit organisations on a wide range of issues including charity incorporations, re-structures, joint venture arrangements, governance matters, charity act compliance and general legal issues. Anna has a good understanding of the environment in which charities operate today and the unique issues which they face.
Anna studied law with French at the University of Birmingham and then trained at Anthony Collins Solicitors in Birmingham (well renowned for being the leading charity law firm in the Midlands), where she qualified in 2001. She joined Foot Anstey in 2007.
