David is a commercial litigation partner specialising in the financial services sector. He heads the commercial and financial disputes team based in Exeter.
David has worked in the South West for the last 14 years and has extensive experience in dealing with disputes of a commercial nature, including being involved in numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations. David is a member of the Association of Financial Services Lawyers and is also on the contentious disputes committee of the Exeter and Somerset Law Society. He is a regular speaker on the topic of dispute resolution issues concerning commercial organisations.
David trained with Cameron Mckenna ( then Cameron Markby Hewitt) in the City of London before joining Bond Pearce, where he was a partner for 9 years, before joining Foot Anstey.
