Simon, Partner and Chairman at Foot Anstey, was born and educated in Devon. After reading law at Oxford University he joined Linklaters in 1979, working initially in the London Office and then in Hong Kong.
He returned to his native county in 1984 and was the partner in charge of the Exeter office of Burd Pearse until Foot & Bowden (now Foot Anstey) acquired it in 1997.
Simon acts for a large number of West Country businesses and is particularly experienced in all aspects of commercial property. He has a broad interest in business and commerce and is in charge of a number of Foot Anstey’s major client relationships.
