Ian is a solicitor working in the Litigation Department specialising in Landlord & Tenant and property disputes. Ian advises upon both residential and commercial Landlord & Tenant matters for both Landlords and Tenants.
His workload includes claims for possession, for feiture, business lease renewal, rent arrears, disrepair/dilapidations and breach of covenant. Ian also advises Letting Agents in respect of their property portfolios. In addition, Ian advises on other property work including boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, restrictive covenants, adverse possession claims and injunctions and other civil disputes such as Inheritance Act and TOLATA claims.
