Mark is a partner and his expertise lies primarily in two areas.
He leads the specialist high worth unit, which deals with difficult and complicated financial disputes between divorcing couples and people living together. This type of work involves knowledge and understanding of a wide range of financial issues including, taxation, Trust Law, Company and Partnership Law. Mark has many years experience in dealing with these sorts of cases, is a member of the Law Society Family Panel, a Mediator and a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association).
Mark’s other speciality area of expertise is in high value or complex accident claims acting for both individuals and insurance companies.
Whatever work is being undertaken Mark believes a practical, progressive approach is required to deal with the multitude of legal and non-legal issues that arise.
