Mark is a Partner and his expertise lies primarily in two areas.
Mark deals with difficult and complicated financial disputes between divorcing couples and people living together. He is a member of the Law Society Family Panel, a Mediator and a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association).
Mark’s other areas of expertise is in high value or complex accident claims acting for both individuals and insurance companies. He also deals with a range of other commercial disputes.
