Peter is a consultant who deals with all aspects of family law including married and unmarried couples, domestic violence, children and financial matters. Peter has been accredited as a Family Law Specialist by ’Resolution’ (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association).
He was one of the first two Lawyers in Cornwall to be trained as a Collaborative Family Lawyer and is a trained Mediator. He does both "legally aided" and privately funded work. He also takes appeals for homeless people to the County Court.
