Toby is a Partner and specialises Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Having qualified with Osborne Clarke in 1992, he moved to Cornwall in September 2004. Toby’s background includes Head of Banking and Insolvency Team at TLT and being recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 as being one of the best Recovery Teams in the UK. Before becoming a lawyer Toby graduated with a Geology Degree from London University.
Toby is also an accredited Mediator and member of the Property Litigators Association, Insolvency Lawyers Association and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
