Patrick provides an all-round service to a client base consisting mainly of employers based in the South West and around the UK. He regularly advises HR professionals, in-house lawyers, directors and owners of businesses and local authority clients on their day-to-day employment law queries including disciplinaries and dismissals, redundancy exercises, contracts, policies and procedures. He has developed and presents a range of training courses to increase managers’ awareness of critical employment law topics.
