Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser with a "Big Four" accountancy firm and as a solicitor with a top regional law firm.
Malcolm specialises in personal tax and trust advisory work particularly in relation to capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning including drafting wills and trust documentation. He has substantial experience of offshore matters relating to individuals (both UK and non-UK domiciliaries) and trusts.
Malcolm is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
