John heads up Foot Anstey’s tax team having previously worked for HMRC for eleven years in a number of technical advisory and policy roles.
John specialises in corporate tax, SDLT and VAT and has a range of experience in relation to company acquisitions and sales, large scale property developments, business disposals and acquisitions and employment related taxation.
John specialises in giving practical advice to clients using his previous experience with HMRC to full effect when considering all tax related matters. John appreciates that for most people and organisations tax can be daunting and always seeks to provide clear, concise and cost effective advice specifically tailored to his clients needs.
