Claire joined Foot Anstey in 2001 as a member of the Employment Team. After working for 2 ½ years as a PLD Assistant in Foot Anstey’s People Learning & Development Unit Claire has returned to the Employment Team to work as a HR Executive.
Whilst working in Foot Anstey’s People Learning & Development Unit Claire has obtained a variety of practical HR experience.
As well as dealing with day to day HR and Employment Law queries Claire has experience in maintenance of personnel database and records, updating policies and procedures, absence management, preparing contracts of employment, pay and reward and communication, appraisal and feedback.
Claire is also able to deal with employee relations, training and development and general HR practise.
