Sarah is a solicitor in Foot Anstey’s tax team. Sarah specialises in advising companies on employee share plans, including Enterprise Management Incentives, executive share options and HMRC approved share plans. She also provides advice on corporate tax, SDLT and VAT in connection with company acquisitions and disposals, property development, and employment related taxation.
