Sarah is a solicitor in the employment and pensions team. Sarah specialises in employment related taxation, including the tax treatment of termination payments and the design and implementation of a variety of employee incentive arrangements, including Enterprise Management Incentives, executive share options and HMRC approved share plans.
She also helps businesses which employ nationals who require immigration clearance to work in the UK, advising on the increasingly complex rules and regulations relating to immigration, including the new procedures points based system and sponsorship applications.
