Kelly is a solicitor in the Wills, Estates and Trusts team and has experience in a wide range of private client issues including tax planning, Wills, advising family businesses and farmers in relation to succession issues and contentious probate and trust issues.
Kelly also has a particular specialism in advising individuals the best way in which to leave money or assets to people with learning disabilities.
Kelly is a member of the Probate Section and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Kelly grew up in Cornwall and after a brief period away to complete her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course returned to train with a local firm, Preston Goldburn.
