Nicola specialises in employment law and works for a variety of locally based and national clients, regularly advising both small and large businesses and individuals.
Nicola deals with a wide range of employment matters including Employment Tribunal litigation, HR policies and procedures, disciplinaries and dismissals, grievance issues, employment contracts, redundancy situations and compromise agreements.
Nicola joined Foot Anstey in 2006 as a trainee solicitor, having attended the University of Warwick and the College of Law in Chester. During her training contract, Nicola enjoyed a six-month in-house secondment to Screwfix Direct Limited, where she gained valuable insight into the practical side of employee relations.
Nicola qualified as a solicitor in the employment team in September 2008.
