Edmund is head of the Foot Anstey Intellectual Property and Technology team.
His interest in all aspects of the information technology field is complemented by a strong background in both the technical and commercial law arenas. He has extensive experience of acting for ISPs in the roll out of new services, advising on ASP contracts and acting for a national media group and a major government agency in the acquisition of new core technology. He regularly advises on a wide range of IT contracts and on the sale and licensing of technology ranging from heating systems to genetic research.
Edmund is is a member of the Society for Computers and Law. He is also a founder member and Chair of Wired West - the regional network for the ICT industry.
Edmund joined Foot Anstey from what is now Jones Day Gouldens.
