Lynda has been dealing with clinical negligence claims since she qualified in 1996. Prior to joining Foot Anstey in October 2008, she worked at Beachcroft LLP and Bevan Brittan LLP defending claims against NHS Trusts, GPs and other healthcare providers. As such, she has an in-depth knowledge of the NHS and its litigation process.
