Mike joined Foot Anstey as partner and head of clinical negligence in Truro in March 2010. Mike specialises in complex clinical negligence and brain injury work for claimants. He is a very experienced inquest advocate and has experience of GMC representation.
Having qualified with Eversheds, Mike Joined Freeth Cartwright LLP in 1991, becoming partner in 1997 and head of the clinical negligence unit in 2002. In 2003, Mike was appointed assistant Deputy Coroner for Derbyshire, a position he retains to date.
Mike is on the referral panel for Action against Medical Accidents and is an LSC Committee member.
