Karen heads up the Exeter Employment Unit, which consists of 4 qualified employment lawyers and covers all aspects of employment law. Her practice consists mainly of employers (of all sizes) in the South West and beyond, together with a number of directors and senior employees. Karen has a special interest in corporate matters, advising on service agreements, issues concerning directors and corporate transactions.
She aims to keep her clients out of the Employment Tribunal by ensuring they have the right documents in place and that they address issues properly when they arise. She recognises that clients require a quick response and practical advice; clients appreciate the support that her team offers.
Karen is an experienced public speaker and trainer on employment law and edits our employment email updates.
Karen is also responsible for Præsidium, our employment law product that comprises an audit of your employment documentation, 24 hour unlimited access to employment law advice and insurance against legal costs and compensation in the Employment Tribunal.
