Stephen specialises in all aspects of Insolvency work, both contentious and non-contentious, personal and corporate.
He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a Deputy High Court Bankruptcy Registrar. He is the author of the celebrated work on "Individual Voluntary Arrangements" published by Jordans and is also the author of "Law of Property Act Receiverships", also published by Jordans. He is a well known Lecturer on Insolvency and Insolvency related topics.
Although now specialising in Insolvency work, he has very wide experience of general practice, including professional negligence work. He is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association, the Insolvency Practitioners Association and R3. He has also acted as Chairman of the Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal.
