Julian specialises in dispute resolution and concentrates on commercial, banking and insolvency litigation.
Recent cases include a share sale warranty claim, partnership disputes, lender recovery claims involving forgery allegations and a wide range of insolvency issues.
Julian qualified in Bristol, before moving to Linklaters in London and joined Foot Anstey in 2001. He is also an Associate of the Institution of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
