Julian specialises in corporate and personal insolvency, commercial and banking litigation.
Recent cases include a wide range of insolvency issues, a share sale warranty claim, partnership disputes and lender recovery claims involving forgery allegations.
Julian qualified in Bristol, before moving to Linklaters in London and joined Foot Anstey in 2001. He is also an Associate of the Institution of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
