Stephen is a consultant solicitor based in Plymouth. He joined the firm of Foot & Bowden, as Foot Anstey was known, as a Trainee Solicitor in October 1977 and qualified in 1980. Since qualification he has handled a varied caseload of civil litigation work, including professional negligence, personal injury and banking litigation. Currently he mainly deals with clinical negligence cases, specialising in birth injury cases.
