Richard is a Partner specialising in real estate litigation. He heads the property litigation team, based in Exeter.
He acts on a range of contentious property issues including landlord and tenant, freehold, development matters and property related professional negligence. He acts for a range of clients including local authorities, government bodies, companies and private clients.
Before joining Foot Anstey, Richard worked at Mills & Reeve in Norwich where he acted for several significant Housing Associations undertaking litigation work across East Anglia. Richard is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
