Robert joined Foot Anstey as an associate in August 2005, becoming a partner in 2009. Since qualification in September 2000 Robert has specialised in pursuing clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants. He deals with all claims but has a particular interest in claims resulting from injuries sustained at birth and arising out of the management of orthopaedic injuries.
Robert was appointed to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel on 1 March 2006.
Robert is also a director of the Health Advocacy Partnership, which is a not for profit company providing support services to patient forums who replaced the Community Health Councils in December 2003.
