Robert joined Foot Anstey as an Associate in August 2005. Since qualification in September 2000 Robert has specialised in pursuing clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants. He deals with all claims but has a particular interest in claims resulting from injuries sustained at birth and arising out of the management of orthopaedic injuries.
Robert was appointed to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel on 1 March 2006.
Robert is also a director of the Health Advocacy Partnership, which is a not for profit company providing support services to patient forums who replaced the Community Health Councils in December 2003.
