David joined Foot Anstey in September 2006 from Clarke Willmott where he was a partner in the Commercial Property team. Prior to that he had been an associate with Bond Pearce where he managed Bond Pearce’s contracts with the Highways Agency and Transport for London advising at both local and national level regarding legal and policy issues involving the compulsory acquisition of land.
David has particular expertise in residential development, advising on acquisition and disposal transactions and managing plot sales teams.
