James is a partner specialising in commercial property. After completing his studies at Cardiff University, James joined Foot Anstey in September 2001 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 working in the commercial property department in the Plymouth office. James was promoted to associate in May 2006 and to partner in May 2008.
James deals with various aspects of commercial property transaction including freehold acquisitions and disposals, leases and regularly advises on other types of development agreement.
