Philip is a partner in the commercial property team.
Philip qualified in 2001 and undertakes all aspects of commercial property work with a particular emphasis on Landlord and Tenant and development work. Philip acts for a number of regional clients on options, conditional contracts, property funding agreements and other aspects of development sites as well as land management and tenancy agreements. He has extensive experience of providing advice to councils and business clients on all aspects of land use matters, including the negotiation of land management contracts.
