Susie trained and qualified with Osborne Clarke in London and Bristol for 8 years. She then moved to Taunton and joined Clarke Willmott, before joining Foot Anstey as an Associate in 2006. In line with Foot Anstey’s commitment to providing an excellent and efficient professional service to its clients, Susie now acts as the employment team’s Professional Support Lawyer. In this role, she regularly updates clients and lawyers on employment law developments, provides comprehensive training to them and prepares precedent documentation for the team’s use.
Prior to starting this role, Susie gained extensive experience in advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including Employment Tribunal litigation, diversity and discrimination. She has particular expertise in providing HR support to deal with all aspects of disciplinary and performance issues, sickness absence issues, redundancy advice and Employment Tribunal claims.
Susie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
