Siân is based in the Insolvency unit. Siân regularly advises Insolvency Practitioners and private clients on a wide range of matters of both personal and corporate insolvency. Siân has shown her commitment to insolvency by passing the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) exam in 2004 and is currently studying for the final part of the Joint Insolvency Examinations Board (JIEB) paper having passed 2 papers in 2006.
Siân joined Foot Anstey in 2000 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified into the Insolvency Team in 2002.
