Isabel is a highly respected planning lawyer, based in Exeter.
Isabel graduated in law from Cambridge University in 1969 and initially worked for Devon County Council before joining Foot Anstey. She has over 30 years experience of planning and related property and environmental work in the South West, including applications, appeals, the care and conduct of appeal inquiries (with and without counsel) and a wide range of noncontentious planning and related work.
Isabel is a member of the Law Society’s Planning Panel, and has been a legal associate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1993.
