Tamara Richardson undertakes all areas of private client work, including advising on Wills and inheritance tax planning, administering estates and assisting families who need to make Court of Protection applications on behalf of incapacitated relatives.
Tamara also advises families where there is a dispute regarding a Will or an inheritance. Following qualification as a Solicitor in 2004, Tamara has gone on to pass both stages of the Higher Rights exams and hopes to qualify as a Solicitor Advocate in the next 12 months, which will enable her to represent her clients in the higher courts.
Tamara is also Head of Foot Anstey’s Living Together team which provides advice on all aspects of cohabitation, whether the parties are married, civil partners, or friends who house-share as well as for those who live together.
