Eleanor is a specialist Family Solicitor. She covers all areas of family work, including financial issues arising out of the breakdown of a marriage, co-habitee disputes, children issues and pre-nuptial agreements.
Eleanor is a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association, now known as Resolution. Resolution is a national organisation which joins together specialist family law practitioners under a combined ethos of achieving results by active negotiation and communication and using the court as a last resort. Resolution follows a code of best practice to ensure that all family cases, whether about money or children, are dealt with efficiently, cost effectively and sensitively.
