Simon is an Associate in the childcare team, specialising in all public and private law proceedings (including rule 9.5 appointments), child abduction (including international child abduction) adoption and education law.
He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children.
Simon qualified in 1992 and joined Foot Anstey in 2000. Promoted to Associate in 2007.
