Emma joined the private client team in 2003 bringing with her experience of working with social services and families with incapacitated relatives and those suffering with mental health problems.
Emma specialises in elderly client issues advising on NHS Reviews for Continuing Care, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship, capacity matters, assisting relatives to make applications to the Court of Protection on behalf of incapacitated clients.
She continues to be involved in all aspects of wills, tax, trusts and probate issues, including contentious aspects of estate administration.
Emma joined Foot Anstey in 1999 practicing in childcare litigation matters within the children and families team.
