Emma joined Foot Anstey in 1999 and advises upon all aspects of wills, tax, trusts and probate issues.
Emma particularly specialises in elderly client issues advising on NHS Reviews for Continuing Care, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship, capacity matters and assisting relatives to make applications to the Court of Protection on behalf of incapacitated clients. She has experience of working with social services and of helping families with incapacitated relatives and those suffering from mental health problems.
Emma is a full member of Solicitors For The Elderly, a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), and a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section.
