Asha qualified as a Solicitor in 2004, having studied and trained in London and joined Foot Anstey in 2006.
Asha is part of the Private Client Elderly Care team, providing general advice and assistance for the elderly. Asha specialises in particular on issues concerning NHS long term care funding and powers of attorney.
Asha also has a background in property and has experience in the specialised property aspects of private client work relating to trusts, gifts of property, unregistered land, executorships and Court of Protection work.
Asha is a member of the Law Society Probate Section, the Law Society Property Section and is also an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
