Asha qualified as a Solicitor in 2004, having studied and trained in London and joined Foot Anstey in 2006, bringing with her a wide spectrum of knowledge in residential conveyancing. As well as dealing with all the standard conveyancing transactions, such as sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity (leasehold and freehold), Asha also brings experience in the more specialised property aspects of private client work and supports the whole team with conveyancing issues relating to trusts, unregistered land, executorships and Court of Protection receivership work.
